Social Well-Being


Soooo, how 'well' are you? Recommendation: Take a few deep and slow breaths- Then steal away for a few quiet minutes, click this link and read over Jessica's post. It's full of thought provoking questions that will help you evaluate your path and decide if any changes need to be made and if so, where?? IF you really want to get your hands dirty- roll up your sleeves and write out the answers!

Thanks Ashli! Dave and I took an entire evening and just went off on our own and reflected on the questions and wrote out our thoughts. It was extremely powerful. There were a lot of things I was pushing aside. Changes are happening here and now.

Amen to that.

And you're right about the pushing aside of certain things. I've had somewhat of a tumultuous past three months- full of changes and I've been living alone for the first time. It's liberating but scary. I'm thankful for my friends and family for their ongoing support and unconditional love. Change is not Easy- not by a long shot- but it is through hardships that we are able to find our true selves.

Again thank you thank you for your work Jess. Very meaningful indeed! We must always be pushing ahead and all the while helping each other up the hill too!
