1. no smoking, please.
2. BMI between 19% and 24%
3. Minimum of 5 Fruits and Veggies/day
4. Exercise minimum of 3 times/week

I don't always get the 5 fruits and veggies in a day but I've got the rest of the bases covered.

PS getting enough fruits and veggies is indeed incredibly hard...
