Look Ma! I made breakfast.
I just made this and I wanted to share it with you. I think it's important that we share our accomplishments with each other- it inspires us and keeps us on the road to health for sure!
I've found the greatest thing about eating raw and natural, is that most everything goes together. It's hard to make a mistake...
Green Eggs (No Ham)
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1/2 cup Almond Milk, Olive Oil, 1 Green Tomato, 1 Green Pepper, 2 small Green Pimiento Peppers, 1/2 Avocado, 1/2 cup spinach, Basil, Salt, Pepper
Directions: Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add diced veggies (except spinach and avocado), simmer for a few minutes. Mix 3 eggs, Milk. Basil, Pepper and Salt in a separate bowl then add to skillet. Scramble per usual. Add the spinach near the end. Scramble in. Remove from skillet. Add sliced avocado on top. :)
Bananas with Raisins
Ingredients: 1 Banana, 1/2 cup Raisins, Honey, Cinnamon
Directions: Slice banana, cover with Raisins, sprinkle with Cinnamon, drizzle with honey!
Enjoy!
